Goldminds is a mobile app I co-founded and built as CTO. It delivers mindfulness-infused audio stories that help children relax, manage anxiety, and fall asleep faster. Hundreds of families use Goldminds every night as part of their bedtime routine.
The app features hundreds of hours of original relaxation stories crafted for various contexts: bedtime, naps, car rides, and moments when kids need to calm down. Each story weaves in mindfulness techniques like deep breathing and body scanning in a way that feels natural and engaging for children.

Tech Stack
I built Goldminds from scratch as a full-stack application:
- Frontend: React 18, TypeScript, Ionic, Capacitor (cross-platform iOS, Android, and web)
- Backend: Flask API with PostgreSQL, pgvector for semantic search, Redis for caching and task queues
- AI/ML: OpenAI for story generation, Google Cloud TTS for narration, custom PyTorch models on CUDA for audio and image processing
- Infrastructure: Dokku, Docker, S3-compatible storage, Sentry for error tracking
