		Paul Ramsteijn, a Dutch economist and advisory IT specialist. When he visited the First Dutch Computer Chess Championship 1981 in Utrecht, he got enthused about computer chess by the programmers of Dappet, Dap Hartmann and Peter Kouwenhoven, and soon started to write his own chess program Pachera for the TRS-80, first written in Pascal, and later in Z80 Assembly - the version which participated at the DOCCC 1983 in Leiden [1].
